Step into a magical evening 10 miles outside Marrakech at Chez Ali, a desert oasis that brings the tales of “Arabian Nights” to life. This enchanting experience combines traditional Moroccan cuisine, folklore, music, dance, and horse-riding displays for a truly unforgettable night.
Upon arrival, you will be seated in lavishly decorated Caidal tents with gold tablecloths, Moroccan curtains, and traditional carpets. Dinner includes your choice of four dishes: chicken tagine with lemon, skewer meat, meat tagine with prunes, or half a méchoui, accompanied by starters of Moroccan Harira, seasonal fruits, couscous with local vegetables, Moroccan pastries, and mint tea. Drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are available at the bar and can be served at your table.
After dinner, the show begins: Berber villagers perform traditional music and dance, acrobats showcase their skills, and Moroccan horsemen demonstrate fantasia horseback displays, sometimes with spectacular firework effects. It’s a colorful, lively, and cultural celebration, perfect for photography and soaking up Moroccan traditions.
The evening concludes around midnight, when you will be returned safely to your hotel in Marrakech.
